Wedding Stationery Affiliate 360 - First Impression (Hand made Stationery)
At First Impression they aim to provide a personal service in order for you to have the stationery you really want at sensible prices. They pride themselves on attention to detail and personal service, meeting their local clients wherever possible in their own home for design consultations. Their range is beautifully hand crafted in their studio using a wide range of quality materials.
Most of their designs can be altered to suit your colour scheme and budget. If the style you want is not in their current range they are happy to work with you to create stationery unique to you for your special day (at no extra cost if you place your order with them). This also includes wording, so if you don’t want the standard choice from their range and have a special message for your guests this can easily be accommodated. They also offer a large print service for your guests if required.
There are no minimum or maximum order numbers.
At First Impression they believe that "First impressions count and your wedding stationery is the first indication your guests will have as to the style of your wedding. It is essential that your stationery mirrors both your personality and the theme of your wedding or blessing".

D.I.Y Packages.
Many couples now want to make their own wedding stationery. If you see a design in their range that you like, but would prefer to make it yourself they are happy to put together a package for you.
They are happy to emboss the wording or tie ribbon for you if you have concerns about doing this for yourself. Contact them with the design you like and tell them how much preparation, if any, you would like them to do for you and they will send you a quote.
Remember they can pass on the savings we make in “bulk buying” their stock onto you, meaning it may be cheaper to buy from them than from your local craft shop. In addition you can contact them at any time if you have any queries with making your stationery.
Please remember to allow plenty of time if you are considering making your own stationery.
Bespoke Service.
If you have a design in mind that is not in their current range they are happy to offer a design service at a cost of £10.00. However, this is refunded against any order subsequently placed with them.
If you would like the colour of your stationery to match your theme, send them a sample and they will endeavour to match it for you.
Simply contact them to discuss your requirements. They can either visit you in your own home (if you live locally) or you can send a sketch of the design you would like with your payment and leave the rest to them. It’s what they do best! They can also design your place settings and favour boxes if you wish.
Once the materials have been sourced, a sample and price list will then be sent for your approval.
Remember, it’s your wedding, so you should have the stationery as you want it.
Budgets.
First Impression understand how expensive weddings can be and because of this they are prepared to adapt their designs to suit your budget. For example, many of their designs are costed using beautiful pearlescent card, which is more expensive to purchase at source compared to plain or linen effect card.
Therefore, to reduce the cost of a design that you would ideally want they are happy to make the same design using plain, linen or hammered effect cardstock.
Similarly, ribbons can be removed from a design to reduce the cost and they can make their stationery without inserts if you would prefer to print your own.
Samples.
First Impression are pleased to provide samples for you at cost price, plus £1.50 p&p. Tell them which design(s) and the colour you would like them in and they will send them out to you once your chosen design(s) have been made. The sample provided will be in the form of the “wedding invitation” unless you request otherwise. They are also happy to send you the complete range of a chosen design, please see the relevant designs for prices.
Please note the cost of any samples purchased is refunded against any order subsequently placed with them.
No samples will be sent out until payment has been received. Please make cheques payable to H. Bateman.

Production Times.
Orders are usually made in about 8 weeks however this can vary depending on the individual design. We will advise you of an estimated delivery date; however should this be affected by situations beyond our control we will inform you immediately.
Delivery.
All orders will be sent by special delivery. A set charge of £7.50 will apply per delivery.
Cancellations.
Sadly this does occur. Costs will be invoiced to the minimum production costs incurred to the date of cancellation. Allowances will be made for postponements.
Payment/Deposit.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we make your order, the balance being due prior to delivery of the completed order. No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and any cheques have cleared. Please make cheques payable to H.Bateman.
