Bar hire is becoming increasingly popular and many people already have an ideal location in mind for their event, but there is not always a licensed bar on the premises. This is not a problem for them as they provide fully licensed and insured mobile bars that look just like a real bar. Their staff are highly trained, friendly and maintain a smart professional image at all times. The bars carry a wide selection of top brand products with competitive prices and have been professionally made to suit each and every event. Therefore whether you hire a mobile bar for a wedding, corporate event, private party or any other event, you can be assured that they always go the extra mile to make sure your event runs without a hitch.                                                                                       Products affiliate 314 can supply: All Bar . 1.  provide a number of services including: Fully Licensed Bars - Complete Package: They set up and provide the bar, all equipment, glassware, and carry a wide range of top brand products. The bar is fully manned by their smartly dressed and friendly staff for the duration of the event. Cash Basis Bar- This is a standard bar in which guests pay for their own drinks. Pre Pay and Cash Bar- This is where you are able to set up a customer account or a bar tab to run to, which can either be increased or continue to run as a cash basis bar once the money has been used. These services are free of charge providing there are over 150 people attending. Voucher Option: If you would like to put money behind the bar for just your table or group, they are able to offer a voucher option. This is where they give you the number of vouchers you require to hand to your group, which can then be redeemed from the bar. Drinks on Arrival: For that extra special something, they can supply a welcome drink for each of your guests which can be served by their professional waiting staff. These drinks could include Bucks Fizz, Pimms and Lemonade, Wine, Soft drinks and more. The price of this starts from £2.00 per person. Wine Bars: This type of bar can be requested along with a cash bar or as a stand alone unit. It carries a wide range of award winning wines and a selection of traditional bottled wines to choose from. Real Cask Ale Bar: This type of bar is for real ale lovers, with a selection of traditional cask ales. This type of bar requires 48 hours notice prior to the event to allow the ale to settle. For this bar we do not charge, however any remaining ale that is not consumed must be purchased from them at cost as they are unable to resell this ale. Hire the Bar, Equipment and Staff: This is where they provide the bar, glasses, all equipment and staff and you provide the drink. This can either be run for yourself as a Pre Paid Bar or as a Cash Basis Bar. For each event they handle all licensing requirements at no cost to their customer and they provide fully trained personal license holders for all their bars. In November 2005 the new licensing act came into full effect. This means that unless a venue has a premises license with alcohol provisions a T.E.N (Temporary Event Notice) must be applied for. This is a achieved by submitting a T.E.N application to the local council authority and the police. T.E.N’s are only available for functions up to 499 people. It can last for a maximum of 96 hours and there can be no more than 12 events per year at the same venue. For the process of them to obtain a T.E.N they require a minimum of 20 working days notice. They are also able to cater for larger events of over 499 people however, prior notice is required to gain the license. Their bars also come fully insured with £5,000,000 public liability for your peace of mind.   Cost: Drinks Package 1: £9.95 One glass of Pimms & Lemonade or Fruit Juice on arrival. Half a bottle of House Red or White Wine with the Wedding Breakfast/Meal. One glass of Sparkling Wine to Toast. Drinks Package 3: £13.95 One glass of Bucks Fizz or Fruit Juice on arrival. Half a bottle of House Red or White Wine with the Wedding Breakfast/Meal. One glass of Sparkling Wine to Toast. Drinks Package 4: £17.50 One glass of Champagne or Fruit Juice on arrival. Half a bottle of House Red or White Wine with the Wedding Breakfast/Meal.
