They are extremely serious about what they do and have built their business on reputation. If your looking for tantalising food, presented by passionate people, delivered on time and for a realistic charge then call the caterers!   Example Menu 1: Hot Carvery: * Roasted British Beef * Roasted Turkey * Honey Soaked Ham * Choice of 4 Vegetables * Roasted Potatoes * Yorkshire Pudding * Sausage & cranberry stuffing * Various sauces and gravy Sweet: * Chocolate torte with creme fraiche * Bread & baileys butter pudding with apricots Price: £16.50 per head   Example Menu 2: Cold Buffet: * Selection of cold meats to include - Roasted Turkey, Honey soaked roasted ham, Silverside Brittish beef. * Selection of Italian meats - parma, Panchetta, Chorizo, Salami & Brosola. * Duck & Orange Pate with rustic bread * Paprika coated escalor, pancetta & courgette skewers * New potato salad with creme fresh, lemon, mint & asparagus * Pesto pasta salad with Parmesan * Morroccan salad - red onion, red & yellow tomatoes, chickpeas, feta cheese with lemon dressing * Thai salad - watermelon, Coriander, Rocket, mint, Radish, feta cheese, with ginger & chilli dressing * Southern Indian salad - Coconuts, mixed peppers, cress, spring onion, mangos with ginger and lime dressing Sweet: * Fresh fruit skewers drizzled with chocolate * Selection of miniature Cream cakes Price: £15.00 per head   Prices include: * Kitchen staff (but not waiting staff - these are charged for seperately) * Napkins * Plates etc   Price Guide: Full quotes will be given upon request. There is absolutely no obligation to book! However, as a rough guide, here are some prices: * Cold finger buffets from £6 per head (Min 80 people) * barbecue menus from £8 per head (Min 100 people) * Hot 3-course silver service meal from £15 per head (Min 120 people) * 5-course meal from £22 per head (Min 120 people)   Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure booking. Payment in full on wedding day or before (If preferred).
